Demand continues to increase in the Less-than-truckload environment as carriers deal with employee shortages. Truckload spot market relaxed a bit last week, however signs may show a potential capacity-crunch ahead of retail's holiday season. Small-parcel package carriers are increasing cost in relation to expected higher demand this season.
